Daging Selasih ku Sayang

Ingredients :

500 grams of beef tenderloin, sliced thin, cleaned and drained
1 ¼ cup of diced pineapple
1 onion, cut into 6 pieces
1 inch of ginger, sliced thinly
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
6 pieces of red chilli
6 pieces of green chilli

1 handfull of basil
1 big spoon of tomyam paste @ 1 cube of tomyam essense (any brand)
1 big spoon of chilli paste
½ teaspoon of sugar
salt
lettuce ( for platting)

Sauce Ingredients :

2 big spoon of Jalen chilli sauce
1 big spoon of Jalen tomato ketchup
2 big spoon of Jalen mango flavoured cordial
1 teaspoon of plum sauce

How to make :

1. Heat the pan with 2 big spoon of cookinh oil. Stir-fry garlic and ginger. Add chilli paste and stir-fry until crispy. Add tomyam aste (if cube is used, crush the cube beforehand), mix well and add all the ingredients for the sauce..
2. Mix well and cook with medium heat. Add in beef tenderloin, mix well and let cook until the beefs are shrunken ( add water if needed)
3. Add sugar, red/green chilli, pineapple and onion. Mix well and add in salt to your taste. Let cook until beefs are tender and pineapples soften. Lastly, add in basil, mix well and let cook for 3-4 minutes. If cooked well, turn off the heat and serve with lettuce and rice. or until it is cooked. Serve with oyster sauce chicken rice.
